Junk removal is necessary, but not fun. Desiring to be more interesting and compelling than the competition, we developed this tongue-in-cheek campaign targeting home owners, real estate agents, and landlords, adding a Christmas element in December. With a mobile-first delivery strategy, we delivered a .44% CTR in November and .70% in December. This has resulted in an influx of leads and more than $5,000 in new business for the client in just 60 days.
