Welcome to John Baldino, LLC doing business as Baldino Digital ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our digital media services, including our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). 4.1 Fees: All of our Services require payment. By purchasing a service, you agree to pay all fees associated with your use.

4.2 Billing Terms: Most services are billed on net 30 terms. Podcast sponsorships require payment in advance. We reserve the right to require cash in advance for any service at our discretion.

4.3 Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement or required by law.

4.4 Subscription Services: If you sign up for a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

5.1 No Warranties: Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

5.2 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

6. Termination

6.1 Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms.

6.2 Termination by You: You may discontinue using our Services at any time.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

7.1 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

7.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of Pennsylvania. Client agrees to pay all legal fees and court costs for both parties in the event of a dispute.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of our Services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
